This blog is dedicated to Japan, the land of the rising sun,and to all of you the Japanese lovers (haters and non-opinionated people are also welcome) out there..
Festivals
There are so many things to write about Japan, but I chose to focus the topic of this blog to be the festivals (matsuri), for some plain reasons:
- Japanese have tons of festivals every year.
- They have the talent of turning even the smallest, simplest, silliest occasion into a big hooray.
- The festivals are one of the things that keep the people going.
Soon after Japanese economic boom in the 80’s, the workaholics of the workaholics are abundantly detected, as well as youngsters who are lacking social abilities, fresh air and sunlight, from playing too much video games. One way to solve this, the governments added more national holidays and putting more attention to the festivals
- They are the portrays of how Japanese think and live.
I’ll also put as many photos as possible.
Some of you are demanding photos from Japan, so I thought I’ll just put the photos up for grabbed up here, complete with some stories.
For now, there is a special page for foods and dogs – and I will continue updating them.
Right now I can hear someone saying “who cares about food and dogs? where are the cute japs girls?”.
Well… patience, patience, will ya..
it is a lot easier to stalk on the cute dogs than on the cute chicks.
This page has the following sub pages.
Waaaa Sugoiii
Nice blog ^^, nicely done.
More photos and story please ^^ and don’t forget about the cute chicks
I must admit that this blog is cool. I like the way you describe japanese culture.
Suggestion: to get some pictures of japanese chick, just pretend as a tourist and ask them if you can take picture together with her.
